Courtney Fuller is the founder of Prep & Palate and the guiding force behind the company’s culinary vision and wellness-forward approach. With professional training from Le Cordon
Bleu and advanced education in nutrition, she built Prep & Palate to bring wholesome, chef-crafted meals into busy households in a way that feels personal, reliable, and effortless.

Her career spans restaurants, bakeries, and senior living communities, where she refined her skills in technique, consistency, and ingredient-driven cooking. Courtney later earned a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nutrition, allowing her to merge gourmet training with a strong understanding of how food supports energy, wellness, and real-life routines.

Today, Courtney leads the direction of Prep & Palate — overseeing menu development, culinary standards, chef training, and the client experience. Her leadership style is calm, supportive, and detail-focused, ensuring every household receives the warm, dependable service the company is known for.
