Chef & Nutrition Educator | Creative, Balanced Meal Prep
Chef Rachel brings over 10 years of culinary experience and a big personality from the smallest state — Rhode Island! From an early age, she’s expressed her love through food, cooking for family gatherings and catering events for friends. Over the past decade, she’s worked in a variety of roles in the restaurant industry, from line cook to head chef.
She holds a B.S. in Nutrition & Wellness with a minor in Culinary Nutrition and Food Studies from the University of New Hampshire, and spent a semester abroad in Ascoli Piceno, Italy, where she immersed herself in traditional Italian cooking — learning to make pasta and pizza from scratch. She later earned a Master’s in Nutritional Sciences, during which she taught Culinary Arts Skills Development, guiding students in everything from knife skills to large-scale meal planning.
Rachel specializes in Italian comfort food and Mediterranean cuisine, and also enjoys bold, globally inspired dishes from Indian and Asian traditions. She’s experienced in weekly meal
prep and frequently accommodates specialty diets including gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, and keto.
Clients appreciate Rachel’s warmth, creativity, and the confidence she brings to supporting clients with complex dietary needs. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find her on the trail with her dog Sully, exploring the beauty of Arizona.
